SHOULDER PADS
GLOVES
HELMET
NECK GUARD
MOUTH GUARD
CAMP JERSEY**

Do not forget:
Socks (hockey socks & skate socks)
Under Garments (such as UnderArmour)
Tape (for stick and shin guards, etc.)
Skate Laces (extra)
Hockey Bag (all this stuff has to go somewhere!)

* Make sure your skates are sharpened and sticks are taped.

** Camp jerseys are given out at check-in on the first day.

OFF ICE

SPORT DRINKS and/or WATER
SNACKS or LUNCH
SNEAKERS
WORK OUT CLOTHES (shorts, t-shirts, etc.)
SUN BLOCK FOR GOING OUTSIDE
POSITIVE ATTITUDE and HARD WORK
